How do I know the code will be real?
Codes come from vetted suppliers, never from individuals. A code is reserved with the supplier before it's issued, and payment is confirmed with the payment operator before any code is released. Nothing is ever delivered on a webhook's word alone.
Which region should I choose?
The one your gaming account is registered in, not your country. A US card won't work on a European account, and no reseller takes back a card used on the wrong region. The region is printed on every card, recalled at payment, then locked in on your order.
What if the code doesn't work?
Open a ticket from the order's detail page: it arrives already linked to that purchase, with the card, the region and the code's index. A code confirmed faulty is replaced. A code already used is not — which is exactly why you should never share it with anyone.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Entry happens with the payment operator, never on AURUM. We only keep the provider, the method, the amount and the transaction reference.
Why doesn't my code arrive by e-mail?
Because an intercepted e-mail would be enough to empty the card. The message you get only carries a link to your order; the code is shown there, behind your account.
Can I pay without a bank card?
Yes. Orange Money, MTN, Wave and Moov are all accepted. A bank card is an option, not a requirement.
